I’m a Holistic Nutritionist (CNP), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT250) and Certified Barre Teacher. I’ve been teaching yoga, yogalates and barre classes at yoga studios in my home city of Oakville, Ontario, on-line virtual classes, as well hosting yoga and wellness retreat getaways in Canada and around the world. I am experienced in teaching hot and regular temperature hatha, yin, pilates, restorative, yogalates, and Barre. I love to travel and to be able to teach yoga while meeting people from around the world. 

I've been in the wellness industry for over a decade as a Certified Organic Skincare formulator and wellness practitioner since 2014.  I have been an avid fitness enthusiast for at least 30 years ~ as a marathon runner, triathlete, cyclist, doing yoga, strength training, hiking, and other athletic pleasures daily. I started doing yoga specifically about twenty years ago when my twin babies were born, in order to help me manage the stress of having young children at home and being a new mom. I never looked back once I started and I saw the tremendous health benefits on my body and mind. After a life changing trip to India in 2017 I decided to do my yoga teacher training and am so glad for the decision I made that changed my life.
