Vani is a RYT500 and YACEP certified group fitness & yoga instructor  She has been helping beginners and seniors improve strength & mobility through yoga and meditation for the last 6 years. Her personal yoga journey started back in India at the age of 6. Since then, this practice has been a major part of her life. Yoga and sound therapy played a major role in her own healing journey after a childhood head injury left her with cognitive issues & learning difficulties. This is what led her to the path of teaching yoga. She finds yoga to be her go-to practice for finding instant happiness, balance and harmony in life. She believes yoga offers her a way to embody freedom in the true sense and live an empowered life. 

She is dedicated to helping people develop a deeper connection to self, master self-healing and live an empowered life. She enjoys practising slower styles of yoga since every style has a quality of its own and comes with a unique set of benefits. She loves incorporating philosophical and meditative elements into her yoga sessions and customize them to her client's needs.
