Mathilde Paracini

I am a french and canadian woman living in Montreal . I arrived first in Montreal (from France) 13  years ago for work as osteopath. As osteopath i love working with the clients to help them understanding why they have tensions, pains, dysfunctions in their bodies. I always finish my treatments by giving them exercises to do at home, stretching and self massage with a ball. I practice myself since many years pilates and yoga and i add my knowledges to share it with them. 

I decided to follow a certification as an Essentrics instructor. i started to teach in 2022 and i give a weekly course in my studio witch is within the clinic i work as an osteopath. This is my clinic where we have different therapists (osteopaths, naturopaths, hypnotherapist, massotherapists, yoga teachers, pilates teacher , breath working...)
