  1. My name is Andrew Alas. I have been a Group Exercise Instructor for over 10 years, teaching clients from private sessions to large group classes. Through over a decade of experience, I have instructed multiple types of formats ranging from Bootcamp, Tabata/ HITT, Abs Express, Total Body Conditioning and circuit training. My classes are meant for all fitness levels in mind. I like to provide a safe, fun and motivating experience that will give clients the "FEEL GOOD" aspect that will help them excel in their fitness journey. Everyday, I find a way to challenge myself through my workouts and fulfilling a healthy and fun lifestyle that helps me stay alert and prepared as a first responder in my second job. I enjoy motivating others and sharing why I am so passionate with fitness and how important it can be for your mental health and spirit. I pride myself in what I do and that's helping other's achieve and believe in their goals.
