Jennifer Bowman

Jennifer Bowman is true advocate for fitness and the healthy lifestyle for all. She has 8 years experience in the Fitness arena with certificates with IFTA, Fitour, Metabolic Effect and Body Training Systems. Jennifer currently teaches a variety of group fitness classes that include; strength training, cycling, bootcamp, stability ball, kid fitness, kickboxing and step. She has a true love for what she does and hopes to make a difference in someone’s life each and every day. Jennifer works full time with a huge communications company for the past 12 years. On her off time she enjoys running, hiking, watersports and dancing. Beyond these activities she continues with her fitness education by attending workshops and adding to her already large amount of fitness certificates. Jennifer Bowman is someone that truly loves what she does. She looks forward to each and every class that she teaches. Her commitment is like no other and it shows with the preparation she conducts before each of her classes.
