Michelle Syc’s objective is to instruct exercise and physical fitness programs that appeal to men and women of all ages and to inspire beginners and enthusiasts seeking a motivating self regulated workout. Ms. Syc has been working as a strength and conditioning coach since 2001, where she specialized in strength and conditioning for teenage gymnasts. Since 2004, her personal training experience has helped her to assist clients in exploring and creating healthy lifestyle recommendations that effect health and human performance in a positive manner. Michelle’s personal fitness passion includes downhill mountain bike racing.
