I came for the physical and stayed for the spiritual!

I started practicing yoga as a way to complement my multisport lifestyle in my 20’s. When I began to find a regular routine in my 30’s, I noticed significant improvements in my strength, flexibility, and overall health – of my body and mind. Yoga is a patient, restorative, gracious process that has truly brought me back to myself. The presence, awakening, and rejuvenation I experience in my practice follows me off the mat and into the world. Yoga has shown me that I am my own best teacher and to trust my intuition, because everything I am meant for is already within me.
