From Janna:
I love teaching movement. Practicing or teaching the Ashtanga primary series, moving weights, or playing in nature are my happy places. Recently, I've started training with an acro-yoga professional. It's been super fun and challenging too!
I've been teaching in some capacity since 2004. It all started in college with an abs focused class, then it was water aerobics, cycling, then yoga, and strength and conditioning. While I'm very enthusiastic about health and wellness I'm also quite attentive and form focused. I carry liability insurance and maintain my CEU's yearly. I also hold a level II women's specific training certificate.
