Radha is a certified Zumba instructor and loves using Zumba to be fit and manage stress. She uses her background in teaching and instructional design to create routines that are easy to follow and gradually increase in intensity. She incorporates traditional Zumba styles of merengue, salsa, cumbia, and raggeton while also adding Indian bollywood, bhangra, and belly dancing.
