Breia Tlusty

Breia's soulful, caring and free spirit inspires others to feel joy, peace, and acceptance through their yoga practice. Breia's 8 year experience as a school counselor has given her a deeper understanding of the mind/body connection. Breia’s yoga instruction and guidance encourages others to be curious about their highest level of personal growth.  She completed her 200-RYT with T. Nolan Yoga in 2015 with the intent to teach yoga to her young students.  She fell in love with teaching all ages and levels.  In September 2019 she opened the YogaShop studio and boutique.  She has created a welcoming and empowering studio that employees around 12 yoga teachers.  Besides her love of yoga, she is passionate about traveling, music, clean-living, being active in nature and spending time with her family.
