Hi, I'm Jules, a dynamic Pilates and Barre instructor with a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals and live an active, healthy lifestyle. I grew up as a ballet dancer and learned the importance of discipline, focus, and dedication to achieve my dreams. As I grew older, my interests evolved, and I found myself trying new activities and sports. From boxing to weightlifting, yoga to Pilates, I was always on the move, exploring different ways to challenge my body and mind.

My love for Pilates started when I was looking for a way to improve my core strength and flexibility. I quickly fell in love with the low-impact, high-intensity workouts and the benefits they had on my body. I realized that I wanted to share my passion for mindful movement with others and help them stay mobile and injury-free.

After completing my certification, I started teaching Pilates and Barre classes, and I haven't looked back since. My classes are fun, challenging, and empowering, and I love seeing my clients grow stronger and more confident with each workout. I believe that fitness should be an enjoyable part of our daily routine, and I encourage my clients to find activities that they love and that make them feel good.

Outside of teaching, I continue to live an active lifestyle. I enjoy summer and winter sports, and trying new fitness classes. I believe that staying active is the key to living a happy, healthy life. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, I welcome you to my classes and am excited to help you achieve your fitness goals.
