Yoga is not just a practice for me; it's a daily journey that has spanned over 12 years. Through the disciplines of vinyasa, ashtanga, restorative, yin, and meditation, my mat has been a canvas for personal growth and self-discovery. Yoga has empowered me to cultivate strength, enhance flexibility, and embrace courage, both on and off the mat.

Living mindfully in each moment has become my mantra, and I view yoga as a profound journey within oneself. In my classes, I infuse creative sequencing, playfulness, and inspiration to help you deepen your practice. As an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-200), my commitment to learning and growing extends beyond the mat, as I actively participate in classes, workshops, and connect with fellow yogis.

I am proud to be the founder and director of Yoga At Heart, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making yoga accessible to trauma-impacted communities. Through this initiative, I strive to share the transformative benefits of yoga, fostering healing and well-being in diverse and underserved populations.
