I am Alexis Andrews the founder and CEO of FLEXX FITNESS here in Raleigh NC. At FLEXX FITNESS my goal is to strive to offer happy living, happy health, and happy vibes nationwide & internationally. I do this by engaging with clients on a mental & physical level by strengthening ones mental capacity so that they can be consistent on their fitness journey to accomplish their fitness goals. FLEXX FITNESS offers live interactive mindfulness session, mental health workshops, and therapeutic fitness camps, community fitness events, yoga, and meditation. We contract with different organizations that are in need of the services we provide and we travel to offer our services as needed as well.
