Karen Case

I am married with two grown up daughter and a Giant Schnauzer called Henry.

I was born in England but have lived in Ireland since 1993. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years and love to be active. I love to travel and spent 7 weeks driving around Spain in a two seater sports car last summer. 

My favourite pastimes are walking on the beach, skiing and travelling. I am the Captain of a breast cancer survivors, dragon boat club and regularly paddle on the river Lagan in Belfast and have competed in local and international regattas.

I work as a fitness instructor delivering a variety of fitness and wellbeing classes and I also a training provider business and deliver training courses across the UK.
