My classes are known for their high energy and upbeat music they are designed to help students of all levels improve their flexibility, strength, and balance while also promoting relaxation and mindfulness. I design my classes to be accessible to students of all levels, and I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported.
