Annalisa Primus

 Hi! I am Annalisa and I love teaching Pilates!!

I live in Colorado because I love skiing and hiking. The mountains of Colorado remind me of the Dolomites in Italy - I was born there and spent the majority of my life. 

Winters are great for skiing, snow shoeing and have fun on the snow. My girls and I love to go tubing on a sunny and clear day. So fun! We enjoy the beach when we need to get away and have a peaceful time together. 

I love going to Mexico in an all-inclusive, you can't beat the luxury of being served 24 hours a day!  

My full-time job is embroidery, and my part time passion is teaching Pilates at the local rec center.
