Shana Gerberding

I started taking group exercise classes in college during the early 2000's.  I was on the high school and collegiate dance teams, and group ex allowed me to stay active and apply those skills.  After several years of being a group ex student, I decided to get licensed to teach Zumba in September 2011.  I have been actively teaching Zumba, PiYo, and Turbo Kick since 2012.  

I am a first grade teacher, as well.  I have a fun, upbeat, and encouraging personality which I love to use to motivate others to achieve their goals.

When I'm not teaching first graders or fitness classes, I'm running.  I've ran 10 full marathons, over 50 half marathons, and serve as a race pacer for Beast Pacing.
