Kelly has always been physically active and a strong believer that ‘movement is medicine’ and a critical piece of overall wellbeing. She found her way to pilates in 2008 and started instructing in 2017, passionate about helping people connect to their bodies as a way to get both physically and mentally stronger. In 2018, she took her first CrossFit class and quickly fell in love with the endless combinations of challenges that required new skills in gymnastics, endurance, and strength. She completed the CrossFit L1 course in 2021 and the L2 in 2022. She loves teaching others how to focus on their body-mind connection, positive attitude, and strong core, and is passionate about helping others find the best versions of themselves on and off the gym floor and pilates mats!
