Rita Delage

I am Rita, holistic healer, Reiki practitioner, Sound healer, yoga teacher who is passionate about well-being, health and alternative therapies.
I animate private and group sessions on sound healing (with Tibetan bowls, ocean drum, rain stick and many other instruments), kundalini yoga, breathwork and meditation.
I have certifications in Yoga, Reiki and Sound healing and have animated sessions and workshops with groups and individuals in Saudi Arabia, Burundi, France and the Maldives.
I am fluent in English, French, Arabic, Spanish and have a good understanding of Russian. I can lead Kundalini yoga classes & sound healing sessions in those languages.
Below are the services that I propose:

I facilitate sound healing sessions for different audiences, including children and families, and I hold workshops on experimentation with sound techniques for children and families. I facilitate group sessions on meditation and breathing – these can also be combined with yoga courses.
I give yoga & meditation courses & also do breath walks with different breathing techniques.
