I am 500 hour certified yoga teacher and ACSM Group Fitness Instructor.  Please see PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE for classes.

My Group Fitness teaching formats include HIIT, intervals, Tabatha, boot camp, cycle and circuit strength classes.  I teach a weekly 45-minute class of cardio/balance/strength combo.  Previously certified in RIIP - RESISTANCE, INTERVALS, POWER, PLYOMETRICS, ENDURANCE, DIET.  One of my favorite demographics to teach is Senior Adults.  My ACSM certification is on file. 

My Yoga experience includes Vinyasa yoga flow, power yoga, advanced yoga, yin yoga, restorative, hot yoga, yoga fusion and chair yoga.  I teach classes weekly.  I have taught after school/summer kids yoga classes.  My yoga certification is on file. YogaFit certified.

I like to design my classes to help everybody meet their fitness goals in a super, fun group exercise environment.

My fitness journey began in step aerobics in 1993 at the YMCA.  I have played racquetball and competed in racquetball tournaments.  Fitness has always been a part of my life and I cannot imagine a day without some form of exercise.
