I have personally practiced yoga since high school, which is now more that 20 years ago! Yoga for me is a way of life and it fills my heart with joy to guide my students through their yoga practice. My own yoga practice is centered around Hatha Yoga, which I love to teach as well. Aside from Hatha Yoga, I specialize in prenatal yoga and yoga for athletes returning from an injury and looking to regain their mobility and strength.
