Kate Plaugher

Hi! I'm a part time group fitness instructor and full time design professional from Cincinnati, Ohio! I started teaching group fitness in 2019 as an indoor cycling instructor at the University of Cincinnati. In 2021, I began teaching at Orangetheory Fitness — a group fitness high intensity interval circuit training concept. This is truly where I found a passion for group fitness, and I have been an Orangetheory Coach ever since! When I'm not in the studio, I work on the Design team in Beauty Packaging at Procter & Gamble!
