Amanda Beeler

Hi. I'm Coach Amanda. I was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. I attended Arkansas State University on a full scholarship for golf and was recently inducted into the Arkansans State Hall of Honor for my college golf accomplishments. I've been teaching golf for over 20 years and playing for more than 30 and consider myself an athlete at heart! I've had the good fortune to be the primary golf instructor in our small town of Healdsburg, located in the wine country of Northern California since 2007. I've had the opportunity to work with all ages for the past two decades. I've especially enjoyed working with junior golfers in our small town and watching them evolve into talented golfers playing for our local Highschool golf team and beyond. Some of my favorite students are folks in our community that have never picked up a club in their life but have always been interested in the game of golf. It's an incredibly rewarding experience to work with someone who can translate their interest into true proficiency on the course, regardless of their age or natural athleticism.

I've recently become a cycle instructor at The Studio in downtown Healdsburg and have thoroughly enjoyed teaching cycle and sharing my love of health and wellness with our community in this new forum. I have been a coach on many fronts, volunteering as assistant basketball coach for our youngest son's Elementary and Junior High basketball teams and also assisting with conditioning of our daughters High School volleyball team. I love coaching for all that it teaches; accountability, responsibility, going with the flow, recover and start again. I enjoy learning new things and have many hobbies to include mountain biking, woodworking and music. Our three children are almost grown and my partner and I are ready to explore the world. The possibility of bringing coaching and travel into the same fold is very exciting and something I absolutely want to explore.
