Lola Braimoh-Smith

My name is Lola Braimoh-Smith and I live in Komoka Ontario. I have been a fitness trainer for almost 20 years and have taught to class sizes as large as 100+ and as small as 3. I am deeply passionate about health and wellness and love encouraging others push out of their comfort zones and be their best selves. I have three children ages 10, 8 and 4 and when we are not busy bringing our children to their sports and activities, we are an active family who loves being outdoors.  I currently teach at three different studios and also have a small business. During my off time, I love working out, watching movies and trying new restaurants.
