I am a Yoga and Mindfulness instructor based in Seattle. I am passionate about yoga practice because it empowered me both mentally and physically. I have benefited so much from yoga that I want to spread its wisdom to the world.

I did my 200hr training in Seattle and 300hr training in Nepal. I am exploring the balance of modern and traditional yoga. My classes focus on building alignments and finding balanced breath in each posture. I believe yoga is beyond pretty shapes and physical workouts. Inspired from classical yoga, my classes aim to strengthen physical body, calm mind and sharpen concentration. My goal is to create space and harmony in body, mind and breath, and eventually inspire people to build a balanced lifestyle.
