Holly Parker

Holly Parker is a certified RYT 200 Yoga Instructor from Upstate NY. Holly fell in love with yoga in 2012 after recognizing the power that this practice created in her mind, body and spirit. Holly completed her initial RYT-200 training in 2014 and then completed an additional 60 hr Hot Yoga certification called the Barkan Method, a structured Hatha flow in 2016. Holly has been teaching yoga consistently since 2014 in group and private formats, and has worked for multiple studios, gyms and centers.

Holly also has experience as a Barre Instructor and completed her trainings through Booty Barre and Exhale in 2015 and 2016, approved by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. 

Holly’s fitness career compliments her professional career as a Psychotherapist, allowing her to remain grounded, healthy and energetic.

Holly’s hope is to bring safe, thoughtful and effective instruction to her students in any location she teaches.
