Crystal Noble-Smith

Crystal first tried out yoga in college, and never stopped. She learned that when we keep showing up, we are capable of a lot. She attained her first YTT certification at The Little Yoga House in 2016, where she taught kids aerial and family yoga. Since then, she received her 200 YTT certification from Yoga East Austin and Wild Heart Yoga. Crystal enjoys tapping into that magical moment when one finds the calm in a challenging pose
