John Tieszen

John is a passionate, enthusiastic ACE^® Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Mad Dogg Athletic Certified SPINNING^® Level Two – Advanced Instructor and Certified ABT Barre Instructor.

He loves to motivate students to reach their full fitness potential. My motto is “work hard and have fun.”

A retired marketing executive with over 35 years of experience leading large teams of marketers on such brands as Harley-Davidson, Cheerios and Ameriprise Financial. He currently sits on three non-profit boards and mentors college students.

John and his wife, Lesa, have two adult children and live in Minneapolis, MN.
