I am a busy mom of 3 who fills up any extra time with mastering the craft of creating the most interesting and effective fitness classes. I love teaching Zumba and adding new music and choreography regularly. I also have a lot of experience teaching HIIT based classes, water fitness as well as cycling. When I'm not busy teaching, you can find me on fun adventures with my husband and children. We love to travel and spend time with friends and family near and far. I also love to cook and sample delicious food. I hope that I get the opportunity to guide you through an amazing workout!
