My name is Connie Phillips and I have been teaching some form of fitness since 1988. I am a 500 RYT certified to teach multiple styles of yoga, including vinyasa, gentle hatha, yin, restorative, hot, and integrative. I love what yoga offers an individual. A person can be any size, any level of flexibility, and have a limited understanding of what yoga is, but with the right instructor, one who truly understands the body/mind/breath connection, a person's life can be transformed through yoga practice.
