Hi! I’m a mom and former public school teacher turned professional firefighter/paramedic. I’m is a Libra and enjoy fitness, beach bumming, podcasts, and SUP. I have been involved in diverse forms of movement and athleticism throughout my life and find yoga to be a form of physical and mental therapy that can be practiced anywhere, anytime, with any body.
