Shannon Bauer-Perry

Hey!! I am a small group fitness studio business owner. We have been open for over 4 years and YES, we made it through COVID and recently expanded to a much larger location to offer more Services.

I am married and the PROUD mother of 3 amazing sons that are athletes and expectational human beings. They are the ones that MOTIVATE me to keep moving and make a difference in others lives.

I grew up as an athlete myself and always had major love for fitness and health. I went to college and got an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science with minor in Kinesiology.  I have worked in the fitness industry, non-profit sector, education, and now I own my DREAM and my OWN boss. 

Being a CHANGE agent in my community is WHO I am! I have so much knowledge but LOVE to workout. MY passion is being a spinning instructor. I love being on the bike and I love to DANCE all over my room to ENERGIZE my clients. My nickname is DJ SPARKLE. I can ride to ANYTHING. In addition, I instructor many group fitness classes that include weight training.
