I have been teaching five or more weekly classes for eight years at branch locations of the YMCA of Metropolitan Chattanooga. I teach Slow Flow, Yin Yang, Yin, Deep Stretch, Restorative and Chair Yoga formats. RYT® 200
As a yoga instructor I really enjoy helping students explore movement, relax, breathe and stretch. My classes are all levels friendly. I provide modifications and suggestions to help students find a pain free range of motion. No matter which format I teach, I leave time for a good full body stretch. Everybody needs a good stretch!
When not teaching, I enjoy travel, time in nature, and walking and hiking with my fiance, Jeff, and our dog Polly. When traveling I personally find it so pleasurable to include time for yoga and stretching! My goal is to share that pleasurable experience with students as they vacation!
