Jennifer Lucas

     I started practicing yoga after the death of my Mom over 20 years ago. The alignment of body, mind and breath has made it a gift that has helped me through many ups & downs in my life.  It has taught me to quiet my very active mind, slow down and enjoy the moment happening & cherish it. 

     Having recently graduated in February with my RYT200 certification from the Satya Meditation & Yoga School at The Studio Cleveland and joining the Yoga Alliance, I am so excited to start practicing all that teacher training as taught me. I love sharing my meditation & yoga practice with others and help remind each student the importance of aligning breath as the bridge between the body, mind & the spirit.
