I have been teaching for the last 10 years to variety of classes like zumba, bootcamp, cardio pump, unilateral training and barbell weights training. I also love teaching dance class such as afro beat and twerking. Motivating people reaching their fitness goals, sweating, working hard and getting better is my goal. I have taught in different resorts in the past for few songs for fun but not official.
I currently teaching 8 classes per week at GYMVNT. I have been working with them since i started my fitness journey. Aso working full time in office therefore i like to keep myself busy ;)
