Jessica Hernandez

Jessica "Ruby" Hernandez is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200, RYT500, with 730 hours of teacher training in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Meets Dance, Prenatal Yoga, Trapeze Yoga and Yoga Breathing.

Ruby is a practicing Yogini since 2002, having taught Hatha Yoga to people ages 5-80 since 2004. An avid Salsa, Merengue, 5 Rhythms, and Bellydancer, Jessica strives to bring her joy of dance, music, and rhythmic play to as many people as possible through teaching Yoga Meets Dance (TM) classes.

Ruby also believes that the more we come back to "human BE-ing" rather than "human DO-ing", the more we can reconnect with our souls, find inner peace, and explore the joy of being in our human bodies.

Ruby has had the joy of teaching in the USA, Mexico, Costa Rica, & Bali, and looks forward to teaching at many more locations around the world. She is bilingual and speaks Spanish fluently.

When not teaching yoga you can find her swimming, hiking in the redwoods, playing drums or dancing, or working with Coaching, EFT Tapping and Sound Healing clients.
