I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and completed my yoga teacher training to deepen my understanding and love of the practice. As a naturopathic doctor, health and wellness is so important to me- and yoga is a big part of that. I use my knowledge of the body, anatomy, and nervous system to design classes to integrate your breath, body and mind. I love teaching flow classes with lots of movement, but have experience with hatha as well. When I'm not teaching yoga or seeing patients, you can find me running, playing volleyball, or cooking up nutritious & delicious food in my kitchen.
