Caryn is a 500 hour certified yoga and group fitness professional from NJ with an emphasis on safety, alignment, and fun. She practices and teaches numerous formats of yoga and group fitness with the aim to make fitness and yoga accessible to a wide variety of people so that people from all walks of life can find movement and wellness that works for them. This helps to develop a lifelong love of movement and the benefits movement brings to the body and mind!
Caryn has been teaching yoga for 7 years and leading yoga teacher training and retreats for approximately four years. She teaches the following yoga/wellness disciplines at her studio and at various events:
