Lysania Mendez

I was raised in Dominican Republic, spent most of my adult life working in corporate America in marketing to be exact.

I have always been attracted to that energized feeling exercise provides for us and that is why at 42 in 2021 I decided to immerse myself in the trainer/exercise areas and really lean in to what I am passionate about. Exercise and Dancing.  I received my YOGA Certification and immediately started to do private lessons to share my learnings and commitment to all my clients is to finely attuned to where they are in their own practice. I pride myself for tailoring the lesson to show people how to find that balance where we are all motivated and avoid injuries. I am the eternal learner and I feel people.
