Sarah Behrens

Im not the trainer that has always loved fitness, quite the opposite actually. I struggled to find balance, workouts I enjoyed and consistency. It wasn’t until I had my first son that I realized I wanted to be the best version I could for the little human we created. After living a healthy lifestyle for a few years, I knew I wanted to help other see their potential.

My passion led to my dream project. I knew I wanted to create a safe place for people of all fitness levels. No judgement, no overwhelming equipment, over complication or intimidation. A place where you can come as you are, regardless of your intentions and become apart of our supportive community. In October, we officially opened Evolve. Its been so much more than I dreamed and we have so many amazing members already.

A little about me outside of Evolve-
I'm married to my high school sweetheart, Brad. Together we have two young sons, Ryder & Brady. We love to travel, explore new places, go camping and spend our free time at the motocross track.

I was born and raised in south eastern Wisconsin. Aside from being terrible at bios, amazing at run on sentences and very passionate about wellness. I hope to become apart of your wellness journey and show you the unique space we have created.
