I am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT200) with 1,900 hours (as of April 2023) of teaching experience since 2015. For me, guiding people through a yoga practice is a joyful honor and a cherished opportunity to extend love and feel like I am doing good in the world. Planning classes is a creative outlet for me. I like to keep my sequences full of options and variety. I aim to offer balanced classes, incorporating playfulness and serenity, challenge and rest. My favorite styles to teach are flow, gentle, and restorative. Yoga is endlessly adaptable, so it really is a practice that ANYONE can do. I want to help people find ways of practicing yoga that work for them and that give them an increased sense of wellbeing.
Born and raised in Maine, I love nature, exploring near and far, and reading books - mostly fiction, with a soft spot for historical fiction.
