I'm Karen Hamilton and I have 20+ yrs of yoga experience. I am a Yoga Wellness Educator and a Senior Yoga Specialist.
My mission is to teach those Greater than 50™ folks about approaching yoga as a lifestyle to achieve healthy living and empowered aging, while building a strong foundation of preventative practices and habits to live fully into their next act.
As a seasoned traveler myself, I have taken many yoga classes while on the road as well as just practcing in my own hotel room. I know first hand how important it is to move our bodies every day, even while on vacation! Vacation yoga should be fun, informative and facilitate moving our bodies in all the ways to counteract the effects of travel so we can fully enjoy our time away.
