Amy Tyler

I am Amy, a yoga instructor living on the Oregon coast. I teach yoga in a small town where I get the pleasure of introducing yoga to people and challenging them to try new things. I currently teach three vinyasa style classes a week and one restorative class. Most of the classes are through a local gym and one is at the farmers market.
