After 10+ years of growing my personal yoga practice, I received my 200RYT certification from Tuladharra Yoga in Tacoma. A career ending injury from dancing professionally led me to find yoga as a source of mental and physical recovery. Practicing yoga has kept me balanced through the most difficult and joyous times in my life and I'm thrilled to be able to share yoga with all students throughout the world who choose to seek guidance from yoga. I love teaching vinyasa style classes with the intent to slow down, find new strengths and cultivate more peace in our lives.
