Heidi Doxey

According to my mom, I came out dancing and I have been ever since. I love to move and I love to help teach other how to "love to move." I grew up dancing classical ballet. I performed with ballet companies throughout my childhood. I also involved my self in drill team and cheer. I loved it all. I got a bachelors degree in Dance and Physical Education at Brigham Young University in 1994. I danced professionally in college and started my fitness teaching career at that time. I have lived all over and have found joy in teaching wherever I go. I even had the privilage of teaching for you in Montego Bay in 2002. I had a wonderful experience and even got a free facial at the spa because the hotel director said he had never seen such big classes! I was anxious to do it again but moved to Korea the next year and have lived over seas until this year. Now that we are back I would love to work and enjoy this wonderful experience again.
