Jon Brandi is a fitness and wellness coaching professional. His fitness journey began in 1997 when he began body building, which ignited his energy and broke down the walls of anxiety and depression. This experience sparked his passion for pursuing better health and he went on to pursue certifications in the areas of personal training, yoga/meditation, and nutrition.

For the past 20 years Jon has been committed to helping others in their own fitness journey, and today trains and coaches clients across the U.S. and internationally. Jon is committed to empowering individuals to take ownership of their lives, master their health and cultivate peace.
