Dean joined us from Texas - y’all better believe it! She has been teaching yoga for three years after training with Big Power Yoga in Houston. Denean is a 200hr-RYT and teaches a variety of styles, including chair yoga, beginner, Vinyasa, power and hot yoga.
A lifelong lover of movement Denean values yoga as a way to stay strong and supple while balancing weightlifting and cardio. Her fitness journey to begin as a form of play and has evolved into a lifelong commitment to prevention and wellness. She views her body as a temple of the Holy Spirit and bringing that reverence to every class she leads.
