Movement is magic. Stillness is sacred. The secret to a healthy, happy life is finding balance between the two. Fortunately, the ancient discipline of yoga offers us a complete toolkit to do exactly this, and I’m on a mission to help people dive in, change their lives and feel their very best in body & mind by establishing a regular yoga practice that supports their daily needs. I make yoga manageable and enjoyable, so you can use it's magic to move through life. 

I began practicing yoga more than 15 years ago, as a young teen. What started as an occasional part of my fitness routine, eventually evolved into so much more - as it does for many practitioners. Apart from practicing yoga, I also love running, cycling, hiking, and skiing. I even ran my first ever triathlon a few years ago (under the peer pressure of my fiancé who has been running them for years!)I truly believe that yoga is the perfect complement to all of these incredible outdoor activities and has the power to help us keep moving though the unexpected – in life and in sport. Yoga has also become an integral part of how I care for my mental health and overall wellbeing. Through completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training, I developed an increased appreciation for not only the asanas (poses) but also pranayama (breath work) techniques, meditation and each of the eight limbs of yoga.

I took my 200-hour YTT in Hatha Yoga in 2019, and have continued to learn and evolve since then, taking many additional trainings, workshops, and also a 50-hour certification in Pranayama.
