I am a fitness enthusiast with a passion to guide people in the right direction for their health and wellness. I cater to the individual needs of a person to help them achieve the goals they want. I have been training myself for over 5 years and helping others in the process. I graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science. I have the background in this field which is an advantage as I can answer questions about the science aspect of fitness. I also am certified personal trainer through ACE. Training people and watching them become in love with fitness just as much as I am brings me joy. I love traditional strengthen training as well as HIIT workouts and pilates. One day my goal is to run the Boston Marathon.
