I am an ACE certified professional teaching Step Reebok, kickboxing, Bosu; aquatics programs for both healthy and specialty populations, Hi-Lo aerobics classes; strength training classes utilizing bands, weights, stability ball, medicine ball, etc.; Pilates training with and without reformer, and Yogafit.  My employer is The Wellness Program, Columbus Regional Hospital, 1993 to present:I am also a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for Columbus Regional Hospital,  2004 to present, providing sports medicine physical therapy, aquatic therapy, core stabilization, and rehabilitation therapy.
